I want to find someone who tattoo’s around the eyes of pink skinner paint faces…I’m having the hardest time finding someone. I even called the APHA and they send me an article, I call all four people mentioned in the article and cannot get through to ANY of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous….maybe someone on your message board might know of someone who does this…
